Weddings are during daylight hours only.
Only one wedding is held at one time.
The garden remains open to the public during wedding ceremonies & photography.
Wet weather contingency is the Gallery on the Studio Terrace.
Your guests are welcome to visit the gardens throughout the wedding day.
Drinks & Nibbles Catering
Everglades does not have council zoning for receptions. Drinks & nibbles for the toast, and during your photographic session, are permitted.
You may cater for yourselves, (BYO alcohol), or choose outside caterers.
Location Hire Fee
Location hire including up to 60 guests: $800
Maximum numbers - 70 people (inc bridal party and children)
Equipment Hire Fees
Table & chairs for registry signing: no charge
Chair hire: $2.00 each
Trestle table hire: $10 each ($15 with table cloth)
Ground repair charge (if a marquee is hired) $50
Booking & payment
To confirm a booking we require a non-refundable deposit of $375 and the booking form with details of your names, contact, wedding date and time, and estimated numbers (other details can be sent later).
Final payment is sent to us a week before the wedding along with the guest list.
Payment may be made by Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard, cheque or cash. Please make cheques out to the National Trust of Australia.

You have access to the 8 acres of formal gardens and accessible sections of natural bushland, which remain open to the public.
Hire of the photographer is not included
Professional photographers must hold current Public Liability Insurance
Photographic location fee $250

Availability needs to be confirmed and the booking form sent. You may pay before entering on the day or payment can be made ahead.
